- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been seeing a doctor here for several years and the office staff has basically messed up every possible thing they could. They dragged their feet for 3 months on the paperwork needed to authorize my procedure, even after I spoke to the office manager several times. They took so long that my insurance rolled over into the next calendar year and I ended up paying about $500 more to have my procedure done! After that I found a new primary care physician at another office and when I went back to have my medical records transferred I was told by the receptionist at SMG Eastside that their office is almost two months backlogged with medical transfer requests. Seriously?! I can't wait that long for my new PCP to start providing me with proper medical care. If things are that bad, hire a few more people to get the work done. Sparrow Medical Group Eastside has some serious problems and it doesn't seem like they're making any effort to improve.September 10, 2017by Name Hidden
