- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I love our pediatrician here, but I have a big problem with the front desk. I'm not sure what the issue is, but I routinely get routed straight to hold for 10 to 20 minutes without ever speaking to a human being. I also will call and get a busy signal multiple times and then get routed to their answering service during business hours. My daughter almost broke her finger a few weeks ago and I couldn't get through to this office for over an hour. I finally just took her into urgent care. Whatever the phone problem is, it shouldn't be this difficult getting a hold of my kids' doctor.December 10, 2016by Kelli Cook
