- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Been dealing with Dr. Mir for 9+ years on a condition called Chiari Malformation and Syringomylia. A brain and spinal condition. She seems to enjoy writing scripts with no medical value for me. Between vitamin D and drugs like Tazanadine, the only thing that worked over the years is Fentenyl. She doesn't seem to care that I want off of this drug. Keeps making me pay for meds that are not covered under insurance and has zero medical value to me. Between her and MMP pain clinic, they are bleeding me dry of my money. She doesn't seem to care one bit. Have had issues with her nurses time after time.
