  My name is kk walsh. I waited over a month to see this doc for chest pains and irregular heartbeat s. I filled out all the ppwk listing all my conditions. I waited in a freezing cold office for 50 min today 11/16/17 at 1:15 pm was my appt. When dr tabassum aziz-Faruqi MD. came in to the room and read my health conditions back to me, she spoke broken english and thru up her arms n stated "i can NOT treat you; I refuse." She told me to leave.i sighed and laughed. I went back very politely and to the receptionist and stated she is refusing me medical care. The receptionist stated with a duh look "and stated go across the hall and make Dr. Mir MD." I stated dr. Aziz-Faruqi is a weirdo and thanks for wasting my time. Now i have to go to mclaren er again! I hope i do not have a heart attack b4 i get the ER. Dr aziz-faruqi md should have her medical license taken away. She should not be able to refuse me medical care.
