  We are going on 2 years with Banfield. We signed up for their insurance right away. They always call us when Pearl is ready for her next check-up, shots, etc. With the Insurance, I didn't have to pay out of pocket to get her spayed or any other appointment. Also, twice in the past month I have had to have proof of her shots. When I called Banfiled, the lady pulled up my file and said she can fax my info anywhere I like at that moment. So helpful and happy to do it.

  I tried to call to acquire records for a pet. They asked if I could be "placed on a brief hold". I held on the line for over 12 minutes, (I have a call timer,) during which time, I heard the staff pick up the phone while saying nothing to me and put me back on hold 12 times, (I counted that as well,) before they finally helped me. Unprofessional. I cant speak to their level of care, as I have never been here, but their client relations needs a lot of work.
